If you’ve been an avid stamp collector, or rare book collector, or have other hobbies, pursue those interests with a renewed vigor. The reason why this can help with the recovery process is because you’re fully embracing yourself and the things which make you unique. You’re embracing your own self-identity at a time when your identity is likely to be a bit shakier.
